Article 1 (Purpose and Scope)

1. These terms (“Terms”) govern the paid services and subscription products provided within the Zenicog AI (“Service”) mobile and web applications operated by Mindhub Inc. (“Company”), and set forth the rights and obligations of the Company and members, as well as other necessary matters.
2. These Terms apply to members who purchase paid subscription products or use paid content.
3. Matters not specified herein are governed by the Zenicog AI General Terms of Use, the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Framework Act on Consumers, and other applicable laws and regulations.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The following definitions apply:

1. Paid Services: Digital services provided for a fee, including training content, analytics reports, subscription features, and personalized training.
2. Subscription Products: Time-limited passes that allow access to specific paid services (e.g., Basic, Venti).
3. Member: An individual user or institutional representative who registers for Zenicog and uses paid services.

Article 3 (Content of Paid Services and Term of Use)

1. Before purchase, the Company clearly discloses:

• Name and description of the paid service;
• Company name, address, and contact details;
• Fees, payment method, and usage conditions;
• Right of withdrawal and refund policy;
