1. Significance of the Privacy Policy
Mindhub Inc. (“Company”) collects, uses, and provides personal information based on user consent and actively guarantees users’ rights to self-determination regarding personal information. As a personal information controller, the Company complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and other relevant Korean laws, as well as guidelines set forth by the Personal Information Protection Commission.
This Privacy Policy describes the information the Company collects, how it is used, to whom it may be entrusted or provided, how and when it is destroyed after use, and other obligations the Company follows to protect the valuable personal information and rights of its users.

Users can access the Company’s services by providing the minimum required personal information.

- Institutional Members: Admin Members and General User Members
- Service Users (Trainees)

- Required Information: Information essential to the fundamental functions of the service
- Optional Information: Additional details collected to provide specialized services (non-provision does not restrict service use)
- Collection Methods:
- Direct input by users via Zenicog web pages or services after consent
- Provision from partner services or organizations
- Collection during customer support consultations
- Through participation in online/offline events and activities
- Examples of Collected Information:
- Common information: IP address, cookies, visit date/time, service usage records
- Institutional Members:
- Admin Members: ID, password, institution name, logo, address, business registration number, contact person’s name, phone, and email
- General Members: ID, password, name, mobile phone number
- Trainee Registration: Name, gender, date of birth, diagnosis (required) + additional optional information such as academic background, onset date, hospitalization status, cognitive/language test data
- Service Usage: Usage time, accuracy rate, response/reaction times, training content activity records
- Customer Support: Information necessary for support requests
- Demo Requests: Hospital name, applicant name, position, contact, address, email
For users under 14 years old, the Company collects minimal information only with legal guardian consent, verified through methods such as mobile phone authentication, written consent forms, or equivalent measures.
3. Purpose of Processing Personal Information
The Company uses personal information for the following purposes:
- Membership management (verification of membership intent, age confirmation, identification, account deletion, etc.)
- Payment of service fees, provision of Zenicog services, demographic analysis, research, training statistics, and personalized service development/improvement
- Identity verification, prevention of illegal use or fraud, restriction of service violations, handling of disputes, delivery of notices, and customer service
